Processing Time (All Orders):
Deep wave bulk hair: orders typically processed within two to three business days before shipment. Body wave both hair: orders typically process within five to seven business days before shipment. Once Shipped, delivery typically takes three to six business days depending on USPS transit times period all orders include tracking information.

Wholesale Orders:
Shipping is included in the wholesale price. Signature confirmation is included on all wholesale orders. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and inventory availablity.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
due to the nature of human hair products and vendor fulfillment requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation once an order has been processed. If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

The Emery & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. For orders containing multiple packs, signature confirmation may be required.

Address Changes: address changes must be requested before an order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
