Processing & Shipping Times

• Standard Processing Time: 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Standard Delivery Time: 3–5 business days via USPS Priority

• Specialty Color Orders: Add up to 7 additional business days to the standard processing & shipping time

• Tracking will be emailed once your order ships

If you select a specialty color, your order is a pre-order and requires extra processing time before
shipping.

Available color options for wholesale will be listed on the product page.

Order Policies

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges under any circumstance.

• Wholesale orders cannot be edited or canceled once submitted.

• Orders over $100 require identity verification.

• Name and shipping address must match your government-issued ID and payment method

• If information does not match, your order will be canceled and refunded

• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

• Signature confirmation is required for all retail orders of 2+ bundles and all wholesale orders

• Orders cannot be changed (including product swaps or address edits) after they are placed

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

• Signature confirmation is required for all retail orders of 2 or more bundles and all wholesale orders

• Once your order is marked “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package

• If you live in an apartment, shared building, or area with known delivery issues, we strongly recommend being available to receive your package

• We do not reship or replace orders that are lost, stolen, or missing after USPS confirms delivery

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee
