Processing & Shipping Times

• Deep Wave Bulk Hair:  orders typically process within 2-3 business days (Mon–Fri) . Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-6 business days.

• Body Wave Bulk Hair: orders typically process within 5-7 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-6 business days.  TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS.

Available color options for wholesale will be listed on the product page.

Shipping times or estimates it may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other carrier related issues.

Order Policies

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless there is something wrong with the product or the wrong item was shipped.

• Wholesale orders cannot be edited or canceled once submitted.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.

• Signature confirmation is required for all wholesale orders

• Orders cannot be changed (including product swaps ) after they are placed

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail

• Once your order is marked “Delivered” by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package.

• If you live in an apartment, shared building, or area with known delivery issues, we strongly recommend being available to receive your package.

• We do not reship or replace orders that are lost, stolen, or missing after USPS confirms delivery

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
