Fraud Protection Policy

To protect  The Emery & Co. and our customers, all orders are reviewed prior to shipping.
Orders may be delayed, canceled or refunded if:

 

• billing and shipping information cannot be verified

• The order is flagged as high- risk by our payment processor

• Suspicious purchasing activity is detected

• Multiple failed payment attempts are associated with the order

• 
  The Emery & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud. if an order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Any chargebacks, unauthorized purchase claims, or fraudulent activity will be documented and reported to the appropriate payment processor and authorities when necessary. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
